    Kenny was fantastic. He determined that it was not a plumbing issue (likely saving us thousands of dollars) and explained that the water seeping in was the result of a landscaping issue – the ground level around our house was too high, which caused some water to seep in through the weep holes in the bricks during a recent major rain storm.
